The program is based on the belief that healthy employees are more productive and efficient employees. It’s called health productivity management. For this reason, we provides different wellness strategies/programs to businesses. We combine promotion of health and exercise-related activities ,designed to facilitate positive lifestyle changes in members of a company’s work force.
A wellness strategy is a long-term effort. The major function is to work with client companies to implement wellness strategies. Many employees will become benefactors of such strategies without ever visiting the fitness facility, as exercise is only one facet of overall wellness. The strenght of the program is in the fact that it comes to the employees as a large percentage of people do not feel comfortable in joining fitness clubs or weight loss programs. They feel self-conscious around others.
The client company’s employees will undergo a health-risk analysis, following which each employee will be given the opportunity to meet with a health professional to design a personalized health program. An integral part of this service is following up and monitoring the individuals. Finally, Emanuels Coaching will furnish employee progress reports to senior management with which to carry out the incentive program and generally monitor changes in the behavior of its work force.
The in-house program has a duration of 10 or 20 weeks whereby a consultant coaches up to 30 people a day in individual 15 minute consultations. Employees will be coached to reach their target in
1. Obtaining a healthy lifestyle which incorprates achieving a healthy weight, while reducing blood pressure, cholestorol.
2. Personal development which will range from balancing work-life, career goals, lifestyle, family etc.
