Your personal trainer will design a program especially for you after you have filled in a questionnaire. Your program will take into consideration your interests, your work, family, kids, housework and everything that makes up the components of your life. Only then we can have a schedule that you will stick with. It’s no point that your personal trainer will tell you to do this and that and only after 3 weeks you are fed up and don’t want to answer your phone again or check emails. Your program will be tailor made for you and because we put so much effort in it, we keep you accountable. When you agree to the program and tell us you are going to do it x times a week, you need to let us know that you did. Otherwise we’ll be on the phone looking for an explanation. And by now we heard every excuse in the book.
