Tip 11

Do something you like. Do it now. What do you like to do? Ask yourself and give yourself permission to do it. I don’t care if you’re on a diet and like eating chocolate. Get chocolate and enjoy it. Don’t gobble it down, cause that’s the part that makes you feel guilty after. Enjoy it, savor the moment. Do something for you.

Tip 12

Give something. Give when they don’t expect it. Give someone something from you and give it from the heart. What can you give? You can give somebody a kiss. You can give a child time. You can give money.

Tip 13

Think about you today and only you. You in the present, not in the past or in the future. You now! Celebrate yourself!

Tip 14

Breathing gives you relaxation. Place your hand on your tummy and follow your breathing. Your tummy should expand when you breathe in and sink back down when you breathe out. Keep your attention on your breathing and you will feel relaxed, happier and stronger.
