Exercise needs to be experienced in the right way. A positive trainer will encourage you and will have enough experience to find a form of exercise that you will enjoy. From running to taekwondo to windsurfing it all starts with a good strong base. When you train, you will become more aware of your body and be amazed by your strength, you will love your muscles, enjoy the definition and mesmerized with the progress you make after just a few sessions.

For most people when they think about exercise they have stressful memories of P.E. classes in their teenage years. Then later on they give in to the current fitness craze, sign up for the gym and realize that again they feel out of place.
Then they turn to a diet and it goes well for a few months. However after they start eating their normal meals the weight creeps back on again.

We don’t do diets. They don’t work. People try one after the other only to discover it’s very hard to stick too and when you stop, you gain more weight than you had on you, before you started.

The moment you start a proper exercise routine your body will change. You will notice small differences in your muscles, in your mood and more importantly in your eating pattern. When you treat your body right it will let you know what to eat. Through exercise you will start eating healthy, more often and you will drink enough fluids. The body is a very intelligent piece of equipment and can regulate quite a lot on it’s own if we treat it right and listen.
